Roel de Ponti is a SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), Release Train Engineer (RTE), certified Senior Agile coach, Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) and Product Owner (PSPO I) at AgilityMasters.com. He specializes in coaching large groups of Agile teams and guiding teams within change processes. Roel likes to work in complex environments, because here his Agile mind-set, personal leadership and result-oriented mentality are optimally challenged.
Roel is experienced for years in several key roles in London (UK) and the Netherlands where he gained worthwhile practise on the field of leadership, change-management, customer experience and coaching. Roel uses his positive and inspiring mindset, his creativity and sense of humour to motivate his teams to deal with change in a positive matter and to bring the best out of themselves. He has experience in various collaborative (Agile) games, including the Mondriaan Challenge.
Besides his work Roel has a great passion for cooking and fine dining with matching wines, he loves spending time with his family and he loves travelling.
